2013 Parade Application

Click here to download or print the 2013 Parade Application. Applications are due prior to parade entry, applications received after June 1st will be assessed a $20.00 late entry fee. Applications are incomplete until payment is received. Print and mail the completed application along with a check or money order to the P.O. Box within application.
