Community events help bring people together, and we’re excited to help showcase yours. Before filling out the form below, please review the guidelines so we can share your event in a clear and timely way.

Events must be submitted at least 48 hours before they take place. This allows our team enough time to review the information and prepare the event listing. Events submitted with less notice may not be posted in time.

All event submissions are subject to review and approval by Heartland Pride. Submitting an event does not guarantee that it will be posted. Heartland Pride reserves the right to decline, edit, or remove any events at its discretion to ensure it aligns with our mission and community standards. While we do our best to review each submission, we may not notify you if your event is not approved or not posted. Heartland Pride is not responsible for delays, omissions, or inadvertent errors in the event posting process.

To help us create a complete event listing, please provide:

  • Event name
  • Date and time
  • Location and address
  • Hosting organization
  • A short event description
  • Contact information
  • A flyer or promotional images
