As a Heartland Pride Festival Ballroom Stage Sponsor, you’ll have the opportunity to brand and promote your company in a variety of ways to all festival attendees while helping support vital programs and services that positively impact the LGBTQ+ community.

The Ballroom Stage is located in the Grand Ballroom on the top floor of the CHI Health Center within the convention center. It is featured during Youth Pride on Friday, and during the day on Saturday.

A Ballroom Stage Sponsorship Includes:

  • A listing in the online Heartland Pride Business and Community Directory
  • Ballroom Stage Logo on the Maps
  • A Vendor Booth at the festival (10′ x 10′)
  • 10 VIP Festival Tickets
  • An entry in the Pride Parade
  • An ad in the digital pride guide (ad is rotated on TVs in the VIP Lounge, emailed to subscribers, published on social media, and linked on the Heartland Pride Website for 1 year)

For the Pride Guide ad artwork we need is a 1920×1080 px jpeg. For your logo, an EPS or Hi Res Jpeg is required. Artwork can be submitted to [email protected].

Logo is due May 1.

Artwork is due June 1.
