Since 1985, Heartland Pride has been a beacon of hope and celebration for LGBTQ+ communities across Nebraska and Iowa. What started with 60 people walking down 16th Street to remember those lost to AIDS has grown into a vibrant festival drawing thousands annually.

Today, Heartland Pride creates safe spaces, celebrates diversity, and builds community through Youth Pride, our annual Pride Parade and Festival, and scholarship programs. We’re an all-volunteer organization, which means every dollar you donate goes directly toward making Pride possible for everyone.
