The Big O! Bears was formed to fill a repeatedly expressed need for an inclusive, non-judgmental/non-clique-ish environment and to promote camaraderie between individuals who may not feel like they always belong in the Omaha (and surrounding areas) LGBT community, whether they identify as being “bears,” some subset of such, or have an affinity/association with people who identify as such (regardless of body type, fur quantity, etc.).
