The card, created by artist Olivia Ogba of Atlanta, gives LGBT customers and their allies a tangible symbol to show their support of the community. “Now customers can put their money where their pride is and show the world that they support our community,” Dyste says. “Our card design is just the latest of many efforts that have earned U.S. Bank the Human Rights Campaign’s perfect score on its Corporate Equality Index.”
In addition to receiving the CEI perfect ranking, U.S. Bank has become a national corporate partner of the HRC, America’s largest civil rights organization aimed at lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer equality. For the 10th year in a row, HRC ranked U.S. Bank as a best place to work for LGBT equality.
