Heartland Pride moves to a new downtown location for 2026, with a full day of festival, vendors, and community, followed by a night of headline entertainment at Steelhouse Omaha. In partnership with Omaha Performing Arts.

Seating. Wheelchair and companion tickets are available on all levels of the venue and can be purchased through Ticket Omaha or the box office. Limited-mobility seats are also available in the balcony. Please notify a staff member upon arrival for accommodations.

Wheelchair access. Wheelchair access is available to all levels of the building and the entrance. Steelhouse Omaha does not provide wheelchairs.

Service animals. Service dogs and miniature horses are welcome. Animals must remain leashed or in a harness and be clearly identified as a service animal.

Restrooms. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available in all public restrooms. Companion restrooms and lactation rooms are also available.

ASL interpretation. Requests should go directly through Ticket Omaha. Call 402.345.0606 or email ticketomaha@o-pa.org at least two weeks before the show so a sign-language interpreter can be secured.

What's included with each pass?
VIP Pass takes the All Day Premium Pass to the next level with special VIP areas at the festival, new for 2026, and at Steelhouse, a patio party with DJ Riz at 2 PM, and a meet and greet with the headliners. All Day Premium Pass covers the daytime festival and the evening show. Show Only Pass covers the Steelhouse evening only. Festival Day Pass covers the daytime festival and vendor show.
What time does everything start?
Daytime festival at the Holland and Tenaska: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Steelhouse VIP patio opens at 2:00 PM with DJ Riz. Steelhouse general admission doors open at 3:00 PM.
Where do I enter each venue?
Daytime festival at the Holland and Tenaska: general admission enters through the west entrance; VIP enters through the south-side entrance on Douglas Street. Steelhouse has one main entrance for all ticket holders. VIP guests enter earlier.
What is the daytime festival and vendor show?
A full day at the Holland and Tenaska venues, noon to 4 PM, with 200+ vendors, local artisans, community organizations, resource tables, food and drink, karaoke, interactive activities, local performers, and an afternoon drag show.
Can I attend the daytime only or evening only?
Yes to both. The Festival Day Pass covers daytime only. The Show Only Pass covers the Steelhouse evening only. All Day Premium and VIP cover both.
Are tickets required?
Yes. Entry requires a valid pass for the portion of the day you are attending. The parade is free to watch.
Is there an official schedule with set times?
Coming soon  The detailed daytime schedule and evening set times are still being finalized. We expect to publish them the week of the event, both here and in the Day-of App.
Will more entertainment be announced?
Local performers and full entertainment updates live in the Day-of App. You can also tip local entertainers directly through the web app.
