I’m a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner based in Omaha. I have open availability, including weekends and evenings, for in-person and telehealth sessions. Throughout my practice and lived experience, I have focused on LGBTQ+ advocacy and gender-affirming care. I’m a WPATH member and currently practicing at Serene Mind Therapy.

My approach centers on authenticity and meaning-making through an existential and trauma-informed lens. I am EMDR-trained and experienced in supporting clients with diverse needs and those in high-stress environments. My mission is to help people feel more like themselves and to foster personal empowerment.
